We build from the drawings you already have — the design stays with your designer. If you have drawings, or reference images that can be checked against the space, we can start. Yes — many of our clients are not in Thailand for most of the build. Decisions are locked in shop drawings before production starts. From there we document every stage — workshop production, delivery, installation — and report progress to you at each stage with photos and video, through whichever channel suits you.
