We build from the drawings you already have — the design stays with your designer. If you have drawings, or reference images that can be checked against the space, we can start. Yes — many of our clients are not in Thailand for most of the build. Decisions are locked in shop drawings before production starts. From there we document every stage — workshop production, delivery, installation — and report progress to you at each stage with photos and video, through whichever channel suits you. As an interior contractor with our own workshop, we take on full-house fit-out for villas and private residences, and interior packages of comparable scope. If your enquiry does not become a project, we delete it two years after our last contact.
